Qualifications & Experience

NextPhase Safety & Training is led by a journeyman lineman and safety professional with extensive experience in transmission, distribution, and substation operations in high-risk electrical environments.



Experience includes leadership roles in utility construction safety and operations, storm response, regulatory compliance, and workforce training across both public and private utility organizations.
